To me, it feels like the entrée into a season of celebrating the loved ones in our life.
The energy is everywhere:
🛒 The grocery store, as more and more people plan for upcoming feasts. 🌐 The internet, as every publication turns their content towards hosting families and friends. 🧦 Even the sweater-weather and seasonal darkness seem to signal that it’s time to cuddle up into a warm hug and hibernate together.
👵🏽 Sensing our grounding needs, Momma Nature unveils her fall line-up of root veggies, squashes, and dark leafy greens.
And her matriarchal menu change is a reminder of how easy she makes it for us to constantly and consistently eat new foods, in-tune with the seasons, that provide the healthiest experience for our bodies.
